You can't hand off a job until you see it on a list. Write down last week's jobs and let AI sort them into keep, AI could help, a person could do, and maybe drop.
It's a simple sort of your week. You list the jobs you did, and AI groups them so you can see which ones you could hand off, to AI or to a person.
The jobs you dread take the longest, because you put them off. Some a helper could do, some AI could start, and some don't need doing at all.
A made-up example: a painter listed her week and saw hours going to things she disliked. Supply orders could go to her nephew. Just seeing it all on one page made her feel lighter.
Open a free AI tool, like ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. Leave out names, phone numbers and anything private. Copy this starter prompt, fill in the parts in brackets, and paste it in.
I run a small business: [what you do]. Here are the jobs I did last week: [your list] Sort them into 4 groups: keep, AI could help start, a person could do, maybe drop. One short reason each.
What a good answer looks like: Your jobs in four groups with short reasons. You don't have to agree. Move anything that's in the wrong group.
The fuller lesson in the Member library we're building adds how you feel about each job (love it, fine, dread it) so the sort is sharper, and what to do with the list next. See what Member will include
The takeaway: See your week on one page, and the jobs to hand off start to show.
