AI drafts often sound stiff. Paste in two or three short things you wrote yourself and ask the AI to describe your style, then use that description to make its drafts sound like you.
AI tends to use big words and long sentences you'd never say. You can fix that by showing it a few short samples of your own writing, like texts or emails, so it learns how you sound.
Your customers know how you talk. If a note suddenly sounds like a stranger wrote it, it feels off.
A made-up example: a bike shop owner asked AI for a note and got "We are thrilled to offer an exceptional service experience." He'd never say that. After he pasted in two of his own texts, the draft became "Bring your bike in, and we'll get it ready to ride."

What a good answer looks like: Five short points, like "short sentences" or "friendly, a bit of humor." If a point is wrong, tell the AI. Save the points in a note called "How I write."

Short things you wrote yourself, like texts, emails or notes. Two or three is enough. Leave out names and private details.
