If lots of people ask how to book, your booking steps may not be clear. A good questions page answers before people have to call, and it helps them feel sure about you.
A made-up example: a pool service owner kept hearing "Do you bring your own chemicals?" and "What if I'm not home?" He wrote the answers once, and now he sends a link instead of typing the same reply.
Open a free AI tool, like ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. Leave out names, phone numbers and anything private. Copy this starter prompt, fill in the parts in brackets, and paste it in.

What a good answer looks like: Clear questions, each with a short answer that matches what you said. Nothing made up. If an answer is wrong, fix it yourself.
